This kit contains 6 double strength stabiliser formulations designed to troubleshoot the stability of enzymes, antibodies, peptides and DNA molecules. These formulations can be scaled up to provide our customers with a reliable source of stabilisers for various applications. Customer specific kits can be developed for bespoke applications if required following consultation.

Botrytis Cinerea Kit (BC01)
Prefilled tubes contain all the specific reagents required to detect DNA from Botrytis cinerea fungal spores found in vines and soft fruits such as strawberries, blueberries etc. using an isothermal LAMP assay. These reagents have been freeze-dried and are stable at elevated temperatures for over 12 months. These reagents have been tested at temperatures in excess of 40oC. NO REFRIGERATION required. Oil (OIL01)
This kit contains * days worth of silicone oil. The oil is added onto the surface of the rehydrated freeze dried reagents. This buffer is used prevent sample evaporation during the LAMP assay measurement which is held at 65 oC for 60 minutes.
This reagent is compatible with all fungal spore tests SCL01, PB01, YR01, BR01, Sept01, BC01 and GPM01 in conjunction with the Auto DNA sampler sold by Agri-samplers Ltd.
Lysis Buffer Refill (LBR01)
This kit contains 15ml of lysis buffer. This buffer is used to break open the fungal spores and added directly to the freeze dried reagents used for fungal spore detection.
This reagent can be used to analyse air samples containing any fungal spores. This reagent can be used in conjunction with polygenyn fungal spore tests SCL01, PB01, YR01, BR01, SEPT01, BC01 and GPM01 using any qPCR machine. These reagents are also compatible with the Auto DNA sampler sold by Agri-samplers Ltd.
Lysis Buffer (LB01)
This kit contains 8 days worth of lysis buffer. This buffer is used to break open the fungal spores and added directly to the freeze dried reagents used for fungal spore detection.
This reagent is compatible with all fungal spore tests SCL01, PB01, YR01, BR01, SEPT01, BC01 and GPM01 in conjunction with the Auto DNA sampler sold by Agri-samplers Ltd.
